Dica de Restaurante em Londres: Busaba Eathai

Oi, Meninas! A Flávia Custódio é uma jornalista que acaba de se formar em moda em Londres e está passando uma temporada por lá! Ela se ofereceu para dar mais dicas dessa cidade que a gente tanto ama aqui para o blog. Muito legal dica de pessoas que vivem e respiram a moda da cidade, por isso é com muita alegria que ela começa a colaborar com a gente. A primeira dica é de um restaurante super bacana! “A primeira vez que fui ao Bussaba Eathai foi foi logo que cheguei a Londres, em 2011. E até hoje ele está na minha lista dos preferidos na cidade. Confesso que da primeira vez achei estranho ter que dividir a mesa com vários desconhecidos. Isso porque o Bussabasegue o estilo ‘communal dinning table’, que é comum por aqui. Mas aos poucos você se acostuma a dividir e participar do clima sociável desse restautante cheio de personalidade.

Para começar, o menu é exótico e super atrativo. E com £15 é possivel comer muito bem. Um prato de Fried Rice, por exemplo, custa em torno de £7, e pode ser combinado com o Fried Chicken, também £7, um dos meus pratos preferidos (que faz você repensar tudo o que já comeu de frango frito na vida só pelo toque do molho tailandês). O restaurante também tem opções vegetarianas e acompanhamentos maravilhosos, como o Thai Calamari (£6.50). Mas um dos hits do restaurante é o Mussaman Duck Curry (£10.50), boa opção para quem quer tentar um prato mais exótico. O prato é feito de pato cozido com batatas, amendoim e cebola com molho de curry.

A decoração do lugar é moderna, aconchegante e super charmosa. E a localização é ótima para quem está fazendo turismo, com opções no Soho, Chelsea e Convent Garden. Durante o dia é mais fácil conseguir uma mesa. Mas se você decidir testar na hora do jantar prepare-se para enfrentar um fila a partir das 20h, já que não é possível fazer reservas.   17. Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found
    a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her
    ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
