Semana passada tive o prazer, junto com mais 10 bloggers, de entrevistar Juliana Paes. Foi uma tarde tão gostosa no Rio de Janeiro que mais parecia uma roda de bate papo do que uma entrevista. Juliana, além de linda, é falante e fez todo mundo se sentir em casa.
Ju esta lançando o seu segundo perfume, o Exotic. Quem fabrica é a Puig, que desenvolve outras marcas tops como Carolina Herrera, Prada e Paco Rabbane… Para quem ama perfume com uma pegada mais doce e marcante (euzinha), vai amar. Tem notas de violeta, frésia, caramelo, cedro, âmbar e até mojito. A fixação é show e o preço também (por volta de R$59). Ela contou que ficou tensa quando pensou em criar seu próprio perfume: “Me senti intimidada ate para criar o perfume. Quem vai querer comprar? Será que não estou me achando? Fui para Barcelona e lá descobri que estaria envolvida em todo o processo. Ai me senti confiante, já que eu sempre amei misturar perfumes. Muito legal ter a minha própria mistura”, contou. Os cheiros te ajudam a te levar para um mood que você deseja. Eu não estava na minha fase mais sensual quando criei o perfume (estava na fase da maternidade). Mas ele me ajuda. Ele te transporta”, confessou Juliana que diz que precisava dessa dose de sensualidade assim que teve seu baby!
No meio de tanto papo é claro que rolaram varias dicas. Uma delas foi de make. “ Maquiar é um ritual. Um momento de relaxamento. Se eu pudesse eu acordava de cílios postiços. Passo duas camadas de rímel, seco com secador frio para acelerar o processo”, revelou Juliana.
Ja no assunto dieta ela contou que cuida do corpo como uma ferramenta de trabalho. Vou para a academia pensando nisso. Faz parte do meu trabalho. Mas, já desencanei de ter um corpo perfeito. Acho que já posso me permitir isso. Cortei a lactose da minha vida. Sinto que meu metabolismo funciona melhor. O glúten eliminado me ajuda a seca a barriga. Meu truque é a tapioca pela manha recheada com tofu defumado. Me ajuda a segurar e dar energia para o dia”.
Juliana esta em fase de preparação para a novela que me exige muito do corpo. “Já perdi 3 kilos nesses ensaios na ultima semana”.
