Meninas, estou MUITO feliz! Hoje está no ar mais um episódio do FIT Hits, meu programa de receitas saudáveis no Youtube. Não é o máximo? O primeiro vídeo foi um sucesso e espero que vocês amem esse também.

Essa receita é mais que especial. Já pensou em fazer um nhoque sem glúten e MEGA nutritivo? Pois é essa a nossa receita. A base é a abóbora! Fica surreal de bom e é muito fácil de fazer. Muito mesmo. Fica com cara de comida de chefe, mas é fit e fácil!

A nossa cozinha linda é toda equipada com acessórios lindos do Walmart (tem tudo aqui é só clicar!)
