Look do Dia – Floral

Aprovado, meninas?

Before going to other places, first we invite you to pay homage to the City Pillar Shrine. In front of Lampang City Hall on the southwest side Let’s go to Mueang Lampang District first. It is assumed that it was built over a hundred years ago. The first stanza was created around 1857, followed by the second streak in 1873 and the third streak in 1886. Later in 1897 there was building the city hall therefore brought this City Pillar to the front of the City Hall and built a mondop to cover the three city pillars in 1968. At present, the City Pillar Shrine is where the ancient city pillars have been collected for centuries from different places and is also enshrined “Luang Por Dam”, a sacred Buddha image that Lampang people highly respect.

  8. The Death Highway in Um Phang District is the highlight of this trip and don’t be too concerned about the name of the road, because it’s not at all dangerous. In fact, it is the opposite and you’ll have great scenic views if you travel down this road for 4-5 hours. Originally, people were afraid to drive in this road, especially when cold mist blocks its path, thus the name. However, you will find very few road accidents ever occurred there simply because only a few travelers would go through the road as well. Tourists mostly rent a motorbike and drive up and down that road for the view. Public vehicles are rarely seen there.
