Receita: Nutella Proteica e Funcional

Entre um clique e outro vi essa receita no site da nutricionista Patricia Davidson que me deu água na boca. Ainda não testei (confesso), mas estou LOUCA para preparar para o meu boy. Uma nutella saudável. Não é demais? Ele adora chocolate, nutella em especial, e acho que encontrei um jeito de matar a vontade sem furar a dieta. Não resisti em compartilhar essa delícia aqui com vocês!

Nutella Protéica e Funcional.
Ingredientes:
1 xícara de avelãs (a medida padrão)
200 ml Leite de soja
3 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó puro sem açucar
9 sachês de adoçante Stevia
1 scoop de whey protein (chocolate ou baunilha)

Modo de Fazer:

Pré-aqueça o forno (265 graus) por 15 minutos. Após esse tempo, coloque as avelãs em um tabuleiro e leve para tostar por 10 minutos (essa parte é super importante pois se elas não tostarem o suficiente não vai moer direito e vai ficar cheia de pedacinhos e mais amarga). 
Misture no liquidificador as avelãs tostadas, o cacau, o whey, os adoçantes e o leite, bata na maior potência dele durante uns 5 minutos (bastante mesmo para não ficar grossa), pode ir dando uma mexidinha de vez em quando.
 Depois de pronta guarde na geladeira por 2h!
O resto é no olho, se estiver difícil de bater vá adicionando mais leite (mas se você seguir certinho não vai precisar). Se estiver muito líquido adicione um pouco mais de whey, e bata muito bem.

É a perfeição, serve de pré ou pós-treino, para matar a vontade de doce!! Tem que guardar na geladeira para ficar consistente e gostosa — e dura apenas até 6 dias!
