#LalaDonadeCasa – Receitas fáceis e deliciosas

E tem coisa melhor do que a família reunida em volta da mesa? Além da cozinha ser uma terapia é aquele momento de agradar quem amamos com algo feito por nós, com todo carinho. Nessa quarentena dividi várias receitas no instagram e agora resolvi trazer as principais para o blog (assim fica mais fácil de vocês anotarem). Tenho certeza que vão amar cada uma delas! 

BOLO DE MILHO

3 ovos

1 lata de leite condensado

1 colher de sopa de fermento

3 colheres de sopa de manteiga

1 xícara de fubá

2 latas de milho sem a água

1 garrafa de leite de coco pequena 200 ml

Bate tudo no liquidificador (menos o fermento que você adiciona no final e mistura com a colher) e leva para assar em forno pré aquecido por 30 a 40 minutos. Pode desenformar ainda quente.

PIZZA CASEIRA

(APRENDI COM A HELENA LUNARDELLI)

1kg de farinha de trigo

1 1/2 sachê de fermento p pão

1 colher de sopa de sal

1 colher de sopa de açúcar

2 1/2 cup de água morna

1/2 cup azeite

1 colher de sopa de cachaça ou vodka

Mistura primeiro os secos e depois acrescenta a água, bebida e o azeite.
Misturar bem e sovar bem!
Deixar crescer por pelo menos uma hora ( eu deixo umas duas )

Fazer bolinhas de massa e depois deixar descansar por mais uma hora.

Quando você abrir cada bolinha tem que deixar a bancada com farinha para ajudar a deslizar! Quando ela já estiver aberta e antes de você colocar o molho, faça furinhos com a ponta do garfo para ela não ficar com muitas bolhas quando assar!

MAIONESE CASEIRA

3 gemas cozidas

3 gemas cruas

Suco de meio limão

1 colher de vinagre

500 ml de óleo

Sal a gosto

Misturei a gema cozida e batidinha com garfo com a gema crua. Vou adicionando óleo aos poucos e fui batendo com o fue. De pouquinho mesmo! Coloca um pouco de óleo e bate até incorporar. Óleo e bate, bate, bate!

Quando já tinha adicionado metade do óleo (dessa vez fiz com óleo comum mesmo, na próxima vou fazer com azeite), coloquei o vinagre, o limão e fui colocando sal aos poucos. Bati até ficar bem cremosa!

BOLO DE FUBÁ do Chef @lisandrolauretti

Vamos lá: A primeira dica é já deixar o forno aquecendo quando for preparar seu bolo (deixei no 200 graus).

2 xícaras de fubá

2 xícaras de farinha de trigo

2 xícaras e meia de açúcar

1 xícara de óleo

1 xícara de leite

2 ovos

Misture tudo numa bacia, depois acrescentar uma colher de chá bem cheia de fermento e misturar mais um pouco. Eu não coloco erva doce porque não trabalho bem com ela. Mas você gosta pode colocar! Leve ao forno e  abaixe a temperatura para 180 graus. 40 minutos depois faz o teste do palito.

BOLO DE BANANA

3 bananas nanica (duas para a massa e uma para cobrir o bolo com a calda)

4 ovos

150 gr de farinha de aveia

100 ml de leite de coco

50 gr de xilitol

1 cl de sopa de óleo de coco

Canela em pó a gosto

1 medida de fermento

Bata os ovos, o leite de coco, óleo de coco e as duas bananas no liquidificador. Acrescente a farinha e e bata até ficar homogêneo. Acrescente o fermento e misture com uma colher.
Para a calda: leve ao fogo baixo o xilitol com uma colher de chá de canela. Quando estiver líquida, despeje no fundo da forma com a banana picada.
Leve o bolo para assar em forno pré aquecido a 200 graus por 35 a 40 min. Espere esfriar e desenforme com ele ainda morno para a calda não grudar.
