LOUIS VUITTON ENCERRA A PFW EM APRESENTAÇÃO HISTÓRICA

Como já é de costume, a tradicional Louis Vuitton encerrou com seu desfile o que possivelmente foi a PFW mais diferente de todas as suas edições por muitos anos. Como digno de um desfile de encerramento, a magia das passarelas não foi deixada de lado, mas a experiência virtual foi amplificada a um outro nível. No interior do icônico edifício La Samaritaine, convidados se misturavam a câmeras de 360 graus que permitiam espectadores distantes a assistirem ao desfile como se estivessem lá, girando suas cadeiras para captar cada ângulo do espaço e cada modelo que desfilava.

A coleção apresentada caminhava bastante alinhada à estética Art Deco do local de sua apresentação, e o desfile equilibrava nuances que mesclavam o passado ao presente, numa entrega contemporânea e, ao mesmo tempo, carregada de referências vintages. Nicolas Ghesquière, diretor criativo à frente da grife francesa, comandou uma coleção ousada e impactante, com o predomínio de peças que conversavam com a estética genderless.

Segundo o estilista, sua principal inspiração não foi a escolha de uma temática em si, mas sim a exploração de uma zona cinzenta que paira entre conceitos de feminilidade e masculinidade. Pessoas que estão se libertando de convenções sociais e se permitindo explorar novas possibilidades para se expressar através da moda foram a motivação inicial para criar uma coleção diversa e multifacetada. Além das silhuetas oitentistas tão características do traço do designer, as passarelas contaram com peças que exploravam itens que flutuam entre o feminino e o masculino sem se fixar em um dos dois extremos. Alfaiataria da mais alta qualidade modelada em silhuetas amplas, bermudas e calças largas, sobretudos elegantes e estampas gráficas deram o tom a um desfile que uniu o clássico ao jovem em uma inspiração audaciosa e super atual.
