Um show digno de Hollywood. E foi assim que Chanel marcou seu impacto ao apresentar sua nova coleção prêt-à-porter para a próxima temporada primavera-verão. Projetando o nome da marca como letreiro de Hollywood, a tradicional maison francesa lançou seu teaser para o que viria a ser uma coleção de tirar o fôlego. A locação do desfile, o suntuoso Grand Palais de Paris, seguiu a mesma releitura do icônico letreiro sobre as montanhas de Santa Monica que soletrava o nome da grife.

Realista e ao mesmo tempo sofisticada, a coleção apresentada por Virginie Viard teve inspiração direta no universo cinematográfico. Sua diretriz, contudo, não foram os filmes ou muito menos seu caráter fictício, mas sim as figuras femininas que os interpretam. A diretora criativa à frente da label mergulhou nas vidas dicotômicas das atrizes modernas, que transitam entre o glamour do tapete vermelho e tarefas da “vida real”, como ir ao banco ou comprar um Starbucks na esquina.

E o grande letreiro à la Hollywood foi apenas o pontapé inicial para dar palco a um desfile que amarrou o conceito da coleção com delicadeza e maestria. Os looks desfilados entregavam uma estética bastante “cool girl” parisiense, em um mix elegante e descolado. Os icônicos casaquetos da marca ganharam um toque de playfulness com ombreiras super estruturadas no estilo oitentista e contrastadas com jeans ou bikers shorts no tradicional tweed da label. Cardigãs oversized e com amarração evocavam robes, vestidos sofisticados remetiam ao luxo do red carpet, estampas em preto e branco refletiam o romance de filmes antigos e prints gráficos no estilo grafite simulavam anúncios de outdoors, em um mix de motivos que conversavam perfeitamente para entregar uma coleção que nos faz sonhar de olhos bem abertos.
