Receita – Dieta – Como fazer Pizza Light de Couve Flor

Quem ama uma pizza no domingo levanta a mão O/ OMG, depois que vim morar em São Paulo, pizza é quase tradição religiosa. Não dá para viver sem. Não dá também para comer pizza e fazer dieta. As duas não combinam! Rsss.  Foi felicidade completa encontrar essa receitinha de pizza light que você PODE e está super na dieta. E posso falar mais? FICA MARAVILHOSAAAAAAAAA!!! Pode fazer e me contar. Não tem erro e é sucesso absoluto. A base da massa é couve-flor. Não precisa fazer cara feia. Você vai se surpreender com essa delícia.

 

Vamos lá?

 

Você vai precisar:

Massa:

1 xícara de couve-flor crua ralada (use o menor lado do ralador)

1 pacote de queijo branco ralado (Usei queijo fresco, mas pode ser ricota)

1 colher de sopa de salsinha

1 colher de sopa de orégano

1 colher de chá de sal

1 ovo ou duas claras (Usei duas claras)

 

Basta juntar todos os ingredientes, amassar até formar uma massa e levar ao forno em uma forma untada em formato de mini pizza. Se a sua massa ficar muito molhada (a minha ficou), um jeito de solucionar é coar no tecido. Sabe como? Coloca a massa em um pano de prato e espreme para sair um pouco da água. Depois que você assar a massinha (mais ou menos 20 minutos em forno 200 graus) é só você cobrir com o recheio que desejar e colocar de novo no forno para aquecer. Fiz a minha com queijo branco, tomate e orégano que era o que eu tinha em casa de mais light.
