Como fazer massa/goma para Tapioca

Oi, Meninas! Como estão de festas de final de ano? Aqui está uma loucura. Estou em Goiânia junto com a minha familia relaxando um pouco e tentando me manter firme na dieta. rsss. Sempre posto no meu instagram (@lalanoleto) a minha tapioca que faz parte do meu pré-treino de musculação. Muita gente me pede a receita da goma/massa. É muuuito simples e barato preparar a massa.

Quem sempre prepara a minha (oi, mimos!) é a minha mãe. Como estou em casa filmei ela preparando. Dá só uma olhada!

Receita Goma:

 

Para cada Medida: Para cada xícara de polvilho, 1/2 xicara de água com sal a gosto (uso 1/2 colher de sobremesa).
Adicionar a água aos poucos no polvilho e misturar. Ele forma uma bolinhas (pelotinhas). Misture bem tente
 “destruir” essa bolinhas.
Depois é só peneirar o polvilho e colocar em uma panela.

 

Eu congelo em mini saquinhos a goma pronta e vou descogelando um saquinho por semana para meu café da manha. Já guardo peneirado. Mas, mesmo assim , passo na peneira antes de fazer minha tapioquinha de novo.

Super fácil, saudável, barato e sem glúten. Demais, não? Costumo usar como recheio cottage sem lactose + geleia. Fica delícia cremosa!

    Estou fazendo a Dieta dos pontos (livro Dieta nota 10).Alguém sabe quantas calorias tem a tapioca (só a massa, fora o recheio)?

  7. Oi Lala, comprei a Tapioca da marca chinezinho, coloquei na frigideira e não deu liga, queimo tudo.. Será essa serve para fazer e virar goma?
