Receita de Suflê de Milho Light

Sou apaixonada por milho. Meu DNA goiano não nega. Creme de milho, pamonha, cural…. Acho que só não amo suco de milho. De resto eu quero tudo. Encontrei essa receitinha de suflê de milho saudável no blog da minha nutricionista  Carol Morais que é super fácil e eu resolvi repetir aqui em casa. Fica muuuito bom! Tive que compartilhar aqui,  já que receitas práticas e saudáveis são a cara do blog. Quer ver como é fácil?

Suflê de milho
Ingredientes
3 espigas de milho
2 ovos
1 xícara de queijo ralado (ela usou pecorino, de cabra)
3 colheres (sopa) de azeite
1 colher (sopa) de manteiga derretida
1 dente de alho
Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto

Modo de preparo

Bata tudo no liquidificador e asse em cocottes. Demora uns 20 minutos apenas. Se quiser polvilhe com mais queijo.
