Receita Fit: Pão de frigideira sem glúten, lactose e perfeito para Dieta

Meus amores. Tudo bem? Atendendo a pedidos de quem não tem snapchat ou perdeu a minha receita de pão de frigideira vai ela aqui para você fazer e chegar musa deusa no verão. Essa receita de pão (um falso pãozinho, vamos dizer a verdade!) é sem glúten e lactose. Minha amiga Samara que me ensinou e minha nutricionista aprovou. Uso como café da manha em dias que não treino após o café. Na verdade, meu café da manhã para dias off. É super fácil de fazer. Você pode rechear como quiser. Eu não uso nada no momento ou coloco apenas um pouco de patê da Tofutti. Quem quiser depois de pronto colocar no forninho, ele fica ainda mais crocante.

Vamos a receita do  Pão de Frigideira FIT?

1 ovo inteiro

1/2 colher de sopa de azeite

3 colheres de sopa de água

2 colheres de sopa de farinha de aveia (as vezes uso só uma)

1 colher de sopa de polvilho doce (já usei com o azedo e deu certo tb!)

Sal a gosto

1/2 de chá de fermento.

Modo de fazer: Bata bem os ingredientes com mixer ou com um batedor de arame. Assar na frigideira untada com PAM ou GEE. Manter a frigideira tampada. Asse os dois lados!
