Como fazer: Bolo sem Glúten e Lactose de Amendoas!

Meninas, sabe aquela receita que a sua sogra vai achar que você é TOP chef? É essa! Vamos enganar todo mundo kkk! Mais uma receita da série #laladonadecasa com um bolo sem glúten, sem lactose, mas com muito sabor. Uma receita super fácil e que você vai precisar só do liquidificador.

Segue a receita:

-½ xicara de farinha de amêndoas

– 1 xicara de coco ralado sem açúcar

– 6 colheres de sopa de adoçante culinário

– 4 ovos

– 180 ml de leite de coco light

– 2 cl de sopa de óleo de coco

– 1 cl de sopa de fermento

Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, menos o femento. Até virar uma massa homogênea. Depois misture delicadamente o fermento e leve ao forno pre aquecido em forma untada com mais ou menos 25 min ou até ficar dourado.

Use coco ralado para confeitar com canela.
